Oh, hi!

I’m Anne Marie, a Group Creative Director at the Martin Agency, one of Fast Company’s most innovative companies of 2025. I have almost three decades experience helping build some of the world’s most talked about brands including General Mills, GEICO, Walmart and Old Navy.

Having come up at a time when I was often the only female creative in the room, I have a firsthand understanding of the importance of diversity and making sure everyone has a voice. I believe in advocating for younger creatives in a way that didn’t exist when I was coming up. And that we can make a difference through what we do, even if it’s just making someone laugh (or even cry) for 30 seconds.

My recent achievements include winning three Cannes Lions, 11 Clio’s and 3 One Show medals this year for our work on Opella and being named one of 2025’s most Inspiring Women by Campaign US.
